Zermatt is a car-free resort. Arrival by auto: Park at Täsch. On demand, the hotel reserves a parking space at the auto garden 'Fredy' in Täsch (chf ten, per day). You are able to continue your trip to Zermatt either by cab or by train (departure each 20 minutes). Arrival by train: There are straight train connections in Brig and Visp to the contemporary narrow-gauge Matterhorn Gotthard railway, which arrives in Zermatt after a 90-minute trip through the romantic, rugged Vispa Valley. At Zermatt train station: You can call the hotel (telephone self-sufficient of charge) which organises the transfer with an 'electro taxi' at a price of chf five, for a person or you are able to produce a 10-minute stroll to the hotel.
