According to recent laws it's no longer allowed to smoke in social regions. You're more than welcome to smoke on the balcony or in our park.

By Car: - From road take the exit N2 - direction Lugano- Nord. - At the roundabout take the right direction Breganzona, then right away turn left in Via Lucino. - You will find this hotel after about 200 m. By Train: You arrive at Lugano Station. Please go beyond the station (Via Besso) and take the Bus number three. You have to receive off at the stop "5 Vie". Cross the avenue and you'll find this hotel after about 200 meters. By Plane: The closest (5 km) airport is Lugano Agno, which is little and not greatly international. The closest international airport is Milan Malpensa (in Italy). Approxiately 70 kms. About each hour there is a shuttle bus from Malpensa airport to Lugano station.

Please let us know in good time whether you require an supplementary bed. The charge is CHF 35 per night including breakfast.

Cancellations up to 48 hours before arrival are free. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged the whole amount of the 1st night. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids staying independent until the age of two years when sharing a bed with the parents. Charge for breakfast CHF five per child (2007).
