The guesthouse is situated on the left bank at the foot of the downtown, the shopping precinct and theatre region.

This is an adorable hotel which is highly similar to its sister hotel, and is good for all individuals. Included for all travellers in the price of all hotels is a self-sufficient conveyance card, which is valid for complete length of visit for all visitors booked in the inn. Both the exterior and the inside are comtemporary.

The foyer itself features strong classical touches such as the marble furniture and accessories. There is a dark wooden reception in the midst of the entrance with little seating districts on both sides.

The apartments vary in size and some are even greatly little. They are elegantly ornamented in elegant style and bold colours, although with some conventional touches. The bathrooms are also little, but like the apartments, they are in nice condition.

The little restaurant is open for lunch only.
