Welcome to Engelberg in the center of central Switzerland. Easily reached from the N2 motorway or by train from Lucerne. In Engelberg, everything evolves around making your Winter or Summer vacation an memorable experience. Alpgolf, Curling, ice climbing, a trip to the cloister, rowing in summer, skiing, tramping etc. are just several examples of all the activities possible. For those who prefer something calmer, there is a 12-seat mountain train that goes up to the mountain upper to appreciate the incredible mountain scenery.

Our Hotel is located in the carfree city heart of Engelberg, approx. five mins by foot from the train station. Arrival by auto is possible. Limited parking slots on demand (paying), situated at approx. 200 metres from the hotel. Auto: Via A2 Basel-Lucern-Gotthard Motorway exit Lucern "Stans- Süd", then approx. 20 kilometers til Engelberg. Train: The hotel is reachable from the Lucern central railway station in approx. 50 mins. Airport: Closest airport is in Zürich, approx. 100 kms.

All reservations must be secured with a main credit card. Rates are per apartment per night including mainland breakfast and vat (and local taxes) at the current rate. Full payment will be taken by Minotel, using your selected payment, within 24 hours of booking. Only supplementary charges must be paid prior to departure from the Hotel. Cancellations: please cancel your reservation online. Whether your reservation is cancelled in line with Minotel policy - payment will be returned within five working days. To amend your reservation please cancel and rebook. Cancellation charges apply. To extend your staying, simply produce a recent booking for the extra night(s). Kids under 12 years antique staying independent on the basis of one child per suite sharing with 2 adult/s. Cots are accessible free, subject to availability. Please enter requests for supplementary childbeds and/or cots, noting the age of the child, in the comments box when booking. Smoking and non-smoking apartments are available on the occasion of a demand (note the comments box when booking). Whether you wish to travel with your pet, please check in good time with the hotel.

Other (specified below) Reservations must be cancelled two days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Minotel proposes self-sufficient lodging and breakfast for 1 child under 12 years antique when sharing a suite with two adults; other meals are to be paid at the hotel directly.
