Scandic Hotel Sodertalje

General Information

The Scandic is situated out of city at the intersection of the E4 and E20 freeways.

It is an excellent value hotel based out of the center of the city.

It is a trendy structure, built in a fashion characteristic of 1960s architecture, with roomy grey concrete panels dominating the walls.

Bedrooms are little, but in gorgeous condition, set against the easy wooden furniture which is a color scheme using pink and patterned cloth. Bathrooms are also in beautiful condition.

Reception and foyer together are medium sized with a long, narrow district and mirrored ceiling panels and dark marble desks.

The restaurant is a simply equipped huge suite, centered on a piazza light pine café desk. Restaurant is open for lunch, snack and dinner. They cater conventional Swedish cuisine and the carte menu also consists of dishes with several international influences.

1 kms to the nearest station (sodertalje hamn), 15 minute stroll to the nearest tube station (not within strolling distance), two minute wander to the nearest bus stop, three kilometers to downtown, 30 kms to the nearest fair place (stockholm international fairs), 70 km to the nearest airport (arly).
