General Information

A little and comfortable hotel well apt to those who shun extensive hotels in courtesy of environment and welcoming client amenities. Being part of the pleasant Elite Hotels of Sweden chain of hotels secures a high standard. The inn is a little and comfortable affair modelled on a classic English gentry club. It proposes only 69 suites & suites all of which are cozy and comfortable in design. The suites are little to medium in size and use a superior deal of forest and warm coloured texiles, as such mixing the distinctive stereotypes of Scandinavian and English design. Bathrooms are compact and well maintained. The inn stands in the very heart Malmo within short distance of the town's cultural and amusement offerings. It's located in an exquisite narrow alley among some of Malmo's oldest buildings. The Central station and bus terminal are surrounding thus providing access to the relaxation of Sweden and Copenhagen. A great breakfast cafeteria is catered in the hotel's own breakfast room on the 1st floor, which is located to the right of the reception. Drinks and lunches are also catered in the lobbybar during the day in addition to evenings, however, thanks to the size and idea of the inn it does not have a stand alone restaurant. Should this be a requirement then the inn is can propose the amenities accessible at it is surrounding sister hotel, The Elite Savoy which is approximately the corner. Although a chic building only built in the 1980's the front is actually that of the original building which was constructed in the late 19th Century. Constructed from scarlet brick and lighter plaster the front features been retained thanks to preservation laws. The entrance is a darkly lit and atmospheric space. It's medium in size and features a ornate and circular coloured glass window in the ceiling. A dark forest reception and foyer brasserie are located to the back whilst to one side is a magnificent classical styled library typically of one you would find in a manor house cottage. Elsewhere are tasteful and appropriately fitting chairs.
