General Information

The suites are situated right outside of central Stockholm in the tranquil suburb of Bromma / Alvik. Alvik is one of the principal conveyance junctions into Stockholm and the contemporary terminal is directly 50 meters away for the 10 min trip into Stockholm Central Station for airport connections.

The building includes 182 rooms, 110 studios and 72 one bedroom suites. Built in 1961 and refurbished in 2000, it's absolutely self contained with its own twenty-four-hour reception. The residence is the most high building in Alvik and commands fabulous panoramas over Kungsholmen and southern Stockholm. Its situation at Tranebergs Plan means that it's a stone's throw from all of Alvik's main facilities including hair salon, Konsum supermarket, newsagents, dry cleaners, and chemist. More boutiques able to be found in front of the subway station in Alviks Torg, a smaller self-contained shopping precinct which consists of a McDonalds restaurant, Post Office and spacious ICA supermarket. The region is also particular in that it features its own domestic airport. For the major Arlanda airport however, straight buses leave regularly from surrounding Brommaplan.

The exterior of the suite building is modern and present-day.

A modish seating region adjoining the entrance provides a soothing surroundings in which to collect and eat the attractive breakfast café which is catered daily.

One bedroom suites consist of 2 suites, with the bedroom disunite from the combined kitchen and hall region. Every room is approx 40 sqm which is equal to a Junior Suite in a hotel. They come equipped as a the entire habitat with full furnished kitchen, disunite bedroom, business table, cable TV and adjacent bathroom. All are fully equipped in a manner that intends to produce them as effective for living in, as they are for working in. All suites are adorned with parquet floors, contemporary Scandinavian design and are centrally acclimatised and heated.

The foyer of the room guesthouse is medium sized with seating, tables, and news stands.

1 minute wander to the nearest bus stop, 1 minute stroll to the nearest tube station (alvik station), three kilometers to the nearest station (stockholm central), three kilometers to downtown, 37 kilometers to the nearest airport (arlanda), seven km to the nearest fair place (stockholm exibition hall).
