Hotel Palacio Blanco Velez-Malaga

General Information

Situated in the historic centre of Velez-Malaga, Hotel Palacio Blanco is a 300 year antique former Bishops Palace nicely restored and renewed by husband and wife, Nick and Lesley, into a superb shop hotel. It features 8 en-suite suites centred round the huge central patio - seven of the suites have superking size beds and the other a king size bed - two of which able to be converted into twin apartments. Every room is equipped with a flat screen TV and i-pod dock, and have free use of the I-net. The inn features a comprehensive rooftop sunbathing balcony with swim-spa pool and rooftop honesty brasserie. Breakfast is catered in the central patio or in the dining room on the 1st floor. Our objective is to give acceptable affluence and a hotel experience unlike any other - we want our dear guests to appreciate the whole vacation experience and to undergo the true Spain. We wanted to design a hotel where we would like to visit - comfortale beds, lively and informative amenities, and a spot where you can have a rest and chill our after a days sightseeing or coast.

Transportation

From the airport, follow the sign to Malaga. You'll pass the San Miguel ale factory on the right and then the highway sweeps around and you'll combine a motorway. After 2-3 KM take the exit for Granada, Sevilla, Almeria - A7 motorway. Visit on this motorway heading towards Any blend ot Motril, Granada, Almeria, Sevilla. After approximately 10 min the highway splits - keep in the left hand lanes of the A7 Motorway heading towards Motril, Almeria - do not follow the signs for Sevilla and Granada. Keep on the A7 Motorway and then take Junction 272 signposted Velez-Malaga. After 400m or so you arrive to a roundabout - go direct across and keep on this highway ignoring all signs to Velez-Malaga till you get to the second roundabout - turn right. After 200m you arrive to another roundabout, go direct across taking the 4th exitentry up the boulevard called Alcalde. After 200m you arrive to another roundaout with a fountain in the middle and two wide trees on your left hand side - go direct across and then take an urgent right between FloryMar the florists and Cafe Niza. After 100m take the right hand fork at the mini-roundabout - this is our cobbled boulevard. Visit on the cobbled avenue to the upper till you reach a crossroads. Go direct across and the inn is the 2nd building on the left.
