Hotel Adriano has a relaxed and cozy ambience that reflects much of the conventional Seville yet proposes the latest developments in technology and management. Nestled between the regions of Santa Cruz and Triana, on one side you find Avenue Colón, next to the banks of the Guadalquivir river, on the other side your find the Plaza Nueva, Seville’s major piazza, Sierpes and Tetuán boulevard (great for shopping) and Avenue Constitution, that leads right to the Cathedral, la Giralda, the Alcázar and the plenty of restaurants, bars and terraces of the neighbourhood.

The hotel has 34 apartments, with present-day amenities, where you can have a rest. 25 of the suites look onto a 'Sevillian' backyard and 1 has a privately-owned verandah. There are also 8 exceptional suites with a balcony looking over the boulevard. All are embellished in a classic, homely fashion.
Area information
Just 200 meters from the Cathedral that Seville is so prominent for and at the foot of the gorgeous Santa Cruz region with is narrow winding streets, well-known for Tapas. In addition to the city lounge and plenty of other popular park amusements like the river Guadalquivir, the bull ring and the 'Torre del Oro'.
Travel information
From the airport, Córdoba, Madrid, Málaga, Granada: - Once you arrive at Seville, take the Avenue Kansas City and continue direct ahead, pass the railway station. - At the end of the railway station, turn right over the Avenue Luis Montoto towards downtown. - Continue and pass the next streets: San Esteban, Águilas, plaza Alfalfa, Cuesta del Rosario and Colón. - At the end of Colón avenue, turn right over Alemanes avenue, cross the Avenue Constitución and continue direct ahead. - At the end of the st and on the right hand side there is bar-tapas (freiduria), there is situated the st Adriano, and just a 100 m on the right hand side is the Hotel Adriano, opposite of the Hermandad del Baratillo. From Badajoz, Huelva: - Once in Seville, take the Avenue of Cristo de la Expiración, at the end. - Once you cross the bridge, turn right and follow the signs towards the downtown through the avenue Arjona. - Continue for the same avenue and after about 100 m turn left on the boulevard Reyes Católicos, then turn right on the 1st avenue, Pastor y Landero. - At the end of the st is situated the st Adriano, turn left and a 100 meters on the right hand side is the Hotel Adriano. From Cádiz: - Once in Seville, take the Avenue de la Palmera. - Continue direct ahead towards the downtown pass the Paseo de las Delicias. - Once you pass the Paseo de Colón, on the left is the Gold Tower, take the right. Close to the Theatre of Maestranza you'll see a hotel's sign in the corner. - There turn right on the st Dos de Mayo, continue direct ahead and in the corner of the avenue Temprado you'll see a control access, this control usually allows the access (otherwise, the control has an intercom and you must say that you're coming to the hotel and the garage). - Once you receive in continue direct ahead till the boulevard Arfe (there is another Hotel's sign). - Continue direct ahead and continue on to the boulevard Adriano. - 100 meters on the right hand side is the hotel.
Cancellation policy
At least 48 hours before date of arrival. Otherwise, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the 1st night on the credit card. Excluding the following dates: from 01/04/07 al 08/04/07 and from 22/04/07 to 01/05/07, in which 50% of the booking will be charged in case of late cancellation or no-show. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Kids 0-2 years can staying free in self-sufficient cot, available on the occasion of a demand only.
