By auto: from any route into the town take the M-30 or M-40 bypass and then either the Plaza de Castilla or the Paseo de la Castellana exit.

The reservation should be cancelled 24 hours before the date of arrival. Otherwise, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the 1st night on the credit card.
