General Information

The complex includes 36 recent rooms spread over 6 floors situated in the same building, with a shared foyer, a hotel secure and reception desk. The structure is also acclimatised and has elevator access. Wlan access is also accessible, though subject to fees. Further to, customers have the use of a washhouse suite, which comes with a washing machine, dryer and irons. Parking amenities are also accessible for visitors arriving by auto (subject to fees). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the suites with the exception of the balcony. A returnable deposit of approx. 200 euros must be paid on arrival. Note that the office hours which consists of the handing over of the keys are between 8: 30 am and one pm, and four: 30 pm to eight pm, Monday to Friday. Check-in or check-out on holidays are from 8: 30 to 13: 00 and it's subject to a surcharge of approx. 25 euros. Clients must advise the office of their arrival time two days prior to arrival. Please contact the office in order to collect the keys. The suites are outward overlooking and radiant. A double bedroom (with two single beds or a double bed), full bathroom, kitchen and breakfast room feature as standard in all units. All units are fully equipped, whilst the kitchen is furnished with all the significant utensils, in addition to a fridge and cooker. There are also suites with double bed with a sofa-bed capable of sleeping two or more people. (The suites for four people have 1 double bed & one sofa-bed for two persons).
