Parador de Ferrol Hotel

General Information

The Hotel is located right in the centre of this charming seafaring town and recreates the essence of a Galcian manor house in its reputation, with glassed balconies and a specific maritime setting. The decor features a nautical leitmotif in the common apartments and spaces with world maps and sailing instruments. The major staircase features an old-time boat lantern with a lot of sailing motifs in the Hotel lounges. Suites are ample and have dark ochre tones. Some have viewpoints and balconies and gain from marvelous views out over the port. The restaurant features an extensive and varied selection of attractive Galician cuisine. The plurality characteristic dishes are squid in mugardesa paprika sauce, Coruna-style monkfish and Ferrol soup. Conventional Ferrol cake duly tops the dessert carte menu.

Transportation

You get to the Parador by following the Vigo-Ferriol motorway till the end which leads to the port. Once past the trading port, take the 1st on the left. This is San Francisco avenue with the Parador at the end. El Ferrol is 55 kms. from A Coruna.
