High season (Christmas, recent year, Easter and from 01 July to 30 September): Cancellations must be made at least seven days before the day of arrival. Otherwise there will be a charge of the first night to the credit card. Low season (rest of the year): Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the day of arrival are free.
