Travel information
By Train: Take the train from the airport to the Passeig de Gracia and from here take the underground line four (yellow) to Jaume I. The trains leave each 30 mins and take 25 mins. By Shuttle Bus: There is a regular bus amenities (Aerobus) that runs from the airport to the heart of the city, you should receive off at the last stop, which is Plaça Catalunya. From here you are able to stroll to the rooms, or you are able to stroll to the Uriquinaona subway station (being Corte Ingles) and take Line four (yellow) to Jaume I. From there, follow the map to the rooms. The bus leaves approximately each 12 mins. By Taxi: There is a cab terminal outside the arrival gate. It's the fastest way, but it's also the most expensive. The price is about EUR 25.

Payment Information: At check-in you're required to pay EUR 150 deposit with a credit card plus the entire amount of your staying. Please ensure you bring a valid ID document (e.g. passport). Arrival Information: Important: Please call the number that appears on your confirmation email 48 hours prior to arrival, in order to confirm you arrival time and the address to pick up the keys as this varies depending on the time and date you arrive. It's imperative that you give a telephone number or email where you are able to be contacted at all times.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the date of arrival are free. For late cancellations and no-shows, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night to the credit card. Except during certain trade fair periods when in the event of a late cancellation or no-shows the hotel will charge the entire staying. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Kids from 0 to two years can staying in a cot free (available only on demand and depending on availability). Kids over two years are charged as groun-ups (available only on demand and depending on availability).
