Las Ramblas lodging is situated on Las Ramblas, at one of the majority breathtaking and vigorous spots in Barcelona, with first-class vistas over Las Ramblas and just several mins stroll from Colombus statue, the haven, the coast, the Cathedral, Opera Theatre Liceu, La Boqueria wide Market and the Gothic Quarter. Also within short distance are Gaudis architectural masterpieces, Casa Batllo, Casa Mila, and La Pedrera. Despite its up-to-date facilities, this building features been totally renewed retaining its Classical character which dates back to the19th century. All of our rooms are comfortable and cosy and are painted with a kingsize double bed, closet. (One room is equipped twin beds). All of our rooms have a fully-furnished up-to-date kitchen and re-equipped bathrooms. There is also access to seven various balconies from the accomodations. The price consists of 7% VAT, bed linen and towels, and cleaning upon departure is 30 euro. We provide independent 24 hour WI-FI high-speed i-net connection in all the rooms whether you bring your laptop. This is a family-orientated lodging so there are no stag or hen parties allowed. This completely renowated four-storey property features a reception desk suite, a fully-furnished present-day kitchen and refurbished bathrooms in all of the suites. The second floor proposes seven balconies with first-rate vistas over Las Ramblas, an extensive livingroom, en room bathrooms to the two major bedrooms and two shower suites and WC for the tree other apartments. There are also 2 suites situated on the 4th floor of the same building, with a little lift for maximum two persons. One of the suites features a wonderful panorama over Las Ramblas with 3 suites and 1 huge bathroom and a fully-furnished kitchen. The other suite proposes 3 suites, three en room bathrooms, a fully-furnished kitchen and air conditioning. Please take into account: The minimum length of visit is two nights. This is a family-oriented vicinage so no stag or hen parties are allowed. All properties are non smoking and pets are not allowed.
