Please NOTE OUR PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Your reservation with City Center Apartments will be 100% confirmed upon payment of 25% of the entire amount as a deposit. The balance will have to be paid 15 days prior to arrival. The deposit and balance will automatically be charged to your credit card. There is NO REFUND once we have charged your DEPOSIT or BALNCE balance. Supplementary CHARGES: In some cases, there is an "Extra Guest" charge which is clearly stated on the suite description. There is also a little CLEANING FEE fee of 15 euros to be paid upon arrival. For all arrivals after ten pm, there is a "Late Check-in fee" of 20 euros to be paid in cash. Whether your arrival is after Midnight, the fee is 30 euros. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
