In previous decades Cas Ferrer Nou was a blacksmith’s cottage. Some centuries ago, it was part of Alcudia’s major piazza. Now this little cottage has 6 suites, courtyard, hall region and gardens. In case of cancellations till 31 days before the check-in, the hotel will return the 20% of deposit. 31 days – 15 days: In case of cancellation between this period, the hotel will charge 20% of the amount, the equivalent of the deposit. 15 days – five days: In case of cancellation between this period, the hotel will charge 50% of the amount (20% of deposit + 30%). The last five days before the check-in: In the case of a cancellation between this period, the hotel will charge 80% of the amount (20% of deposit + 60%). The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
