Situated near to Whiteriver and just 14 km's from Mpumulanga airport, the Winkler is a short ride to the Kruger National Park and is a generous site to visit for those desiring to investigate the many sights of the nearby area in addition to kruger.

A very proper popular four-star hotel near Kruger garden. The Winkler features an open-air swimming pool in a thrilling setting encircled by tall trees and wood, tennis court, a brasserie with a seperate hall and meetig service. Game drives able to be organised from the guesthouse.

The guesthouse is split into 2 buildings. One is an room fashion two storey block and the other is a round rondavel fashion building painted white with a 'boma' fashion roof which is common in the region.

A clean and hospitable reception greets the visitors as you enter the entrance. There is an immense water feature and a curio treveller boutique too.

All apartments have their own terrace or terrace with marvellous vistas of the hotel's terraces and encircling wood. Suites are en-suite with satellite television, air-conditioning, secure, desk and chairs, and tea & facilities of making coffee. The suites are a famous size and have light blue furnsishings.

There is a famous restaurant that serves breakfast, snack and dinner. The restaurant features lots of windows offering vistas of the park and a high pitched roof and a lot of seating. There is a famous carte menu providing a choice of international and local cuisine in addition to a big variety of South African wine.
