The hotel's ground level features 26 apartments all with a personal courtyard leading out onto scenic manicured lawns and a brisk pool. An upmarket restaurant also leads out to the pool courtyard district. The lounge/reception district and meeting facilities are also located on the ground level of the acclimatised hotel. The fully furnished 100-seater conference/function facility is also located on the first floor. With its lakes, lagoons, freshwater swamps and grasslands, it supports more species of animal than the better known gardens and deltas in Southern Africa.
