Hotel Azul Kranj

General Information

Hotel Azul is a recently built hotel close to Ljubljana airport, situated on the outskirts of city Kranj in the recent commercial heart. On three sides it's encircled with grass fields and farm fields which extend into forests. From west to east there is a captivating panorama of hills. There are several skiing spas in the 10km-30km radius and in the warmer months there is a lot of chance for summer months sports like touring, mountain climbing, cycling, mountain biking, paragliding, hole golf and other nature related leisure activities. Hotel Azul features meeting room capabilities and is 15 minutes drive away from capital town Ljubljana making it an appropriate tranquil location to do work.

Transportation

Directions from Ljubljana airport: When leaving the airport Ljubljana turn left towards Kranj. Drive direct through two roundabouts. When passing the welcome sign for the town Kranj you'll already see the inn on your right (big blue building three hundred meters away). Drive direct through roundabout, turn right at 1st traffic light, right at next roundabout and left immediately after. Directions from Ljubljana: In Ljubljana take road E61A2 direction Kranj and Austria (North). Drive towards Kranj and exit road at exit Kranj-vzhod (EXIT No. 9). After exiting road take left towards Kranj at the 1st roundabout. Drive direct for a kilometer or so and you'll arrive to Kranj. When passing the welcome sign for the town Kranj you'll already see the inn on your right (big blue building three hundred meters away). Drive direct through roundabout, turn right at 1st traffic light, right at next roundabout and left immediately after. Directions from Bled, Trzic: Take road E61 towards Ljubljana (South) close to Bled or close to Trzic. Drive towards Kranj and exit road at exit Kranj-vzhod. After exiting road turn left towards Kranj. Drive direct for a kilometer or so and you'll arrive to Kranj. When passing the welcome sign for the town Kranj you'll already see the guesthouse on your right (big blue building three hundred meters away). Drive direct through roundabout, turn right at 1st traffic light, right at next roundabout and left immediately after.
