All rooms in the hotel have a bathroom and a toilet, a phone, cable TV, hairdryer, some have a mini brasserie too. Suites on the south side have a balcony with a panorama of the lake, Bled palace and Jelovica plain, whilst suites on the northern side face the Karavanke mountain chain, with mount Stol as the highest peak.

The brasserie is open on all week-days, from seven: 00 to 23: 00 hrs. In a unhurried romantic ambiance, the brasserie, along with its classic propose, spoils its visitors with a wide range of cocktails, Eraclea hot chocolates and 101 Astoria pancakes. The bar´s verandah is a popular summer public point, if for an evening rest or a fun picnic. The restaurant accommodates up to 200 clients and can be arranged to fit all types of wishes. When preparing conventional dishes or specialties, up-to-date diet trends are everytime followed. Verandah picnics, gala candlelit dinners, piano in the evenings and Slovenian in the evenings with conventional Slovenian dishes, accompanied by Slovenian folk music,

Prime pathways and lively routes lead from the Hotel to the Castle coast, situated under a high rock with the Bled palace above, proudly rising toward the sky. There is a lot of training activities accessible surrounding, such as swimming, running, sport, tennis, golf, rowing, horse-riding, rafting, roller blading, ice-skating, skiing, etc. Not far away is also the commercial centre with its boutiques and bars.

Entering the city Bled you must proceed until the 1st and only traffic lights in Bled, there you go right and follow the highway (500 m) to the cross highway in the shape of the letter Y, take the right shoulder and after 20 meters on the right side of the highway stands this hotel. (When the highway slightly rises, the Hotel Astoria emerges on your right, amidst green trees and welcomes you with its wide parking lot.

During the studying period, visitors can use the I-net corner in a dairy brasserie, situated in the Vocational College for Catering and Tourism. The corner has three contemporary computers, connected to the I-net. Congressional services are a roomy segment of the Hotel Astoria´s propose. Its location is perfect for seminars, consultations, work conferences, educational programs, etc. Classrooms at the Vocational College for Catering and Tourism, which is surrounding, are also accessible. Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Parking is possible in facade of the hotel.

Kids until four years of age are free. An additional baby cot costs EUR five per day (other supplementary beds don't fit in our rooms). We can not put an additional bed in our apartments, so the kids can only sleep with the parents in the same bed.
