The pension privileges of central heating (the terracotta fireplaces are simply decorative), phonic and thermic isolation, parking lot by demand and a verandah that, in the winter season, can be turned into a closed and warming spot.
Food & beverage
The access to the kitchen is independent until ten. 00 a.m., then there is a tax for this. Use of kitchen amenities 18 Euro/day Breakfast is not offered.

Cancellation policy
At least 48 hours before the date of arrival. Whether you change your reservation upon arrival the amount of the 1st night will be charged. Whether you cancel later then 48 hours before date of arrival you'll be charged 100% of the 1st night. In case of no shows the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Kids under ten years ancient will not be charged when sharing a bed with parents. An supplementary bed costs EUR 16. 50 per night.
