Situated at 12 kms from Brasov town, Poiana Brasov has one of the best rank of endowment in Romanian Carpathians. The air is clear, not polluted and the quantity of solar radiations is higher than in Brasov Depression. The winter has a little number of foggy days and a stable layer of snow, favorable to practice ski sports.

1. Brasov - Poiana Brasov (12km) From the major highway access to the resort, we arrive in the heart of resort in a spacious parking region, where is located the last bus station of the bus no. 20. At 50 meters from bus station (near the Capra Neagra restaurant) is an intersection: turn to the right; we'll arrive at Villa Daria, passing surrounding the lake, the forest church, Sura Dacilor restaurant and Stadion hotel. two. Risnov - Poiana Brasov (11 km) The route starts from the heart of Risnov town and we follow the Fortress avenue. The highway passes close to Fortress restaurant and a swimming spot (1 kms from the centre of the city). After the 11 kms, we intersect the highway Brasov - Poiana Brasov. To the left, the highway goes to Brasov, and to the right to Villa Daria. Afterwards, we have to follow the route no. 1.
