The district is perfect whether up you enjoy strolling or mountain biking. Plan routes through the mountains of Sintra and by the beach. Azóia (300 metres): This countryside proposes upper quality restaurants specializing in shellfish, fish and grilled food. A small walking distance from the Quinta are other five-star and bistro type restaurants. Also in the district are delightful sand beaches offering chances for windsurfing, fishing and sailing. There are six golf courses and horse riding surrounding.

By Car (from Lisbon or the International Airport of Portela): - Drive towards Cascais on the road A-5. - Exit at Saida 12 – Malveira, Cabo da Roca. - At the end of the exit take a right. - Follow the highway for 5 miles till you find signs for Azoia/Cabo da Roca and Turismo Rural - 300 meters. Turn left. - A small further (60 to 70 metres) turn left again and follow a recent sign, Rural Turismo - 200 metres, and the sign for Quinta do Rio Touro. - Go down a state highway and pass the 1st cottage. - An amazing forest door, circled by a stone wall with a cross on the upper welcomes you to the property.
