The hotel is a present-day building with 26 floors. Rooms Jardins da Rocha has two swimming pools (one adult and one children), a playground, a parking region and a park. Pets are not allowed. The hotel has disabled access.

The one-bedroom rooms and studios, all with a balcony, are entirely embellished and furnished with air-conditioning, a microwave, 2 burners, an oven, toaster, coffeemaker, fridge, satellite TV, etc. The rooms are cleaned five times a month, the linen will be changed twice a month and the towels three times per month.

In the resort we have a pizza restaurant (opens 12: 00 to 01: 00 ) and a buffet close to the swimming pools (open 08: 00 to 23:00). 100 metre from the Jardins da Rocha you have a few restaurants and lunch bars where you are able to eat a distinctive Portuguese meal or fish and chips. They are open from 09: 00 to 23:00. Bars are open till 04: 00 with music, karaoke or live music. Discos are open from 23:

In the periphery of the entertainment center of Praia da Rocha, in the 1st municipal line, rises our up-to-date building of Apartamentos Jardins da Rocha, only 80m from the beaches of Rocha and Três Castelos.

Cancellations made at least before 13: 00 on the day of arrival are free. In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the rate of one night. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids under 8 years of age have an additional bed for independent. For kids aged from 8 to 12 years, the additional bed is just 25% of the price.
