Residencial Joao XXI is situated in the center of Lisbon, near Liberty Avenue, Marques de Pombal and popular 'Baixa' of Lisbon. From the Airport: Bus number 22, 44 or 45. (Please report the driver you wish to stop at Rua Gomes Freire. ) By Metro: The nearest underground stations are Picoas or Anjos, a 10-minute stroll from the hotel. From the center of the city: Bus number 790 or 74 (this bus goes through Rossio and Marques De Pombal).
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival are free. In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, the rate of the first night per booked apartment will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child policy
Kids up to two years of age sharing the apartment with parents are free (and the visitors may demand a cot independent of charge- this is subject to availability). Kids aged over two years must pay EUR ten, café breakfast included.
