We are located in the ancient town that is also, practically the heart of the city. At barely two mins of the residential we can find the Cable Car of Monte and in several mins there is A Bus Stop. We do not have auto parking but there is a social garden 1 minute of the hotel.

At the foot of the Guest House there are a few treveller park amusements. The Fort of Santiago, long time ago one of the major defences of the island, to the electricity museum and the new Story Centre. In the outskirts there is a green garden where we can enjoy reading a nice book. We can not neglect that at just 5 minutes from the hotel we can enjoy the sun in the complex of the Barreirinha.

We are approximately 15 to 20 mins from the airport.

At least ten days before date of arrival. In case of late cancelation or no show de Hotel will be charge 1 night. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

To kids we have additional beds for the price of 15 €.
