Cook Javier Morantes glutton carte menu focuses on local cuisine and regional ingredients, including pejerrey (kingfish) sourced from Lake Titicaca and high-plateau Andean grains.
The daily smorgasbord consists of a tradition omelette brasserie in addition to a full complement of local fruits, juices, cereals and more.
