Cancellation policy
Please note: 20 days before arrival, our cancellation terms will be applied. This means that we will charge the full amount from your credit card. Whether there are any modifications or changes within the reservation, the following terms will apply and depending on the date of cancellation the amount will be returned. Cancellations free till two weeks before arrival. Cancellations 10-14 days before arrival: 25% of the reservation will be charged. Cancellations 6-10 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation will be charged. Cancellations within five days before arrival: 100% of the reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per suite, please also check the suite description. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
