The Mercury Residence proposes self-catering lodging right in the middle of Sliema, Malta’s prestigious all-year resort and mins stroll away from the walk and the amusement heart of St. Julians. The Residence features five floors and is serviced by a passenger elevator services to all levels. The suites are conveniently and furnished with a taste in rural fashion, have a totally furnished kitchenette (with electric four burner upper and oven), dining region, separte bedroom, individual bathroom and terrace. Every suite features a secure deposit box facility and self-sufficient WIFI access. There is also a self-service washhouse suite with washing machine and tumble dryers (a nominal charge applies). Maid Service includes waste disposal (daily), linen and towel change and maid service(twice weekly). The rate consists of all water and electricity consumption and all taxes. There are no further charges. Electricity and water costs are included in the price and there are further costs or hidden charges. All taxes are included. A pharmacy, a grocery store and a butcher boutique are situated several doors down from the residence. The amusement heart of St. Julians and Paceville is precisely several minutes’ stroll away from the residence along the noted Sliema seaside resort prom which is precisely one hundred meters away. In addition to this numerous bars, restaurants and clubs St. Julians and Paceville propose a multiscreen theatre center, a bowling side street and a gambling house. A short bus journey (approximately 15 minutes) takes you to Valletta. The bus stop is situated one hundred meters from the Residence. Several English Language schools are within short distance of the residence. We do not have a twenty-four hour reception desk facilities and would therefore ask you to provide us your flight details and exact time of arrival so that whether you're arriving outside the opening hours we able to organize an airport transfer with our chauffeur at a very especial price of €19.00. The charge is per journey for up to 3/4 people.
