This gem of a hotel 1st opened its doors in August 2002 under the name Antonine Hotel and Spa. Since first April 2003 it features been running under the management of the German MARITIM Hotel group and customers are now welcomed by the MARITIM logo of the 3 sails. The guesthouse is constructed in a Maltese fashion with the colours and simple materials of the island. The decor of the inn mirrors the development of Maltese architecture throughout the ages. Exquisite and extensive apartments, tastefully furnished in warm Mediterranean colours, welcome you to taste at home instantly. Dining Information

This is the major restaurant on the 1st floor of the inn with a fabulous view of the park and its pool. Breakfast and dinner (buffet) are catered here daily. The furniture and inside design follow the conventional Maltese fashion of soft natural colours and stone. A capacious glass window overlooks the park providing a lot of natural light. Stay us for the conventional Sunday snack café for complete family. Breakfast snack bar: seven: 30 am to ten: 30 am Dinner:6:30 pm to 9 pm (till 9. 30 pm on Friday and Saturday).

Location Information

The Maritim Antonine and Spa, in the north of the island, is located on the terraced hillsides of the countryside of Mellieha. The panorama stretches across greenish fields in the vale to the sandy gulf of Mellieha and the deep blue sea of the Mediterranean behind. The airport is around 25 kms away from the guesthouse. The 30 minute trip past the capital Valletta and the treveller cities St. Julians and Sliema (approx. 20 km) bears witness to the splendour of this island. Located on the terraced hillsides of the idyllic village of Mellieha, in the North of the island two hotel buildings, connected by a short metro tunnel Shops, Bars and Restaurants in the primary vicinage Bus stop across the highway from the inn 900 metres distance from the beach with white sand 'Mellieha Bay' (complimentary Shuttle amenities accessible in summer time months) 25 kms distance to the airport.
