Hotel Sigulda

General Information

For 120 years Hotel Sigulda features been greeting visitors in its comfortable and homely suites. It's located in the the center of Sigulda town where all treveller park amusements are on your doorstep step. The Hotel is a peculiar complex of 19th century stone building and a modern conference heart. 43 apartments able to accommodate 85 customers, with the conference halls and leisure center with sauna, steam bath and pool able to take in seminars, weddings and other enterprises for up to 100 people. The Hotel restaurant, which is named after the nobleman Kropotkin, will delight each gourmand with tasty menu and excellent service. Hotel Sigulda was constructed in 1889, when the Riga-Petersburg railroad was designed, which encouraged more persons take weekends away from Riga. The nobleman Nikolaj Kropotkin (1872-1939) developed Sigulda as popular touring destination amongst Russian and German noblemen. Since reconstruction in 1998 the historical building features began to function again after a break of plenty of years. In year 2001 the inn was stretched with the structure of hotel suites, a seminar-conference heart and relaxation heart.
