General Information

A charming ryokan where clients able to taste the classical style tranquil in the center of Tokyo. There are 2 communal baths for visitors (same sex only), one made of Japanese cypress and the other made of black granite. (08/08 YT) The ryokan is a nicely decorated and kept as a fashionable ryokan that looks like not big hotel but features conventional Japanese ambience, designed from the embellished Japanese lanterns, latticed sliding doors, tiled roofing and park lanterns. The ryokan is situated in the centre of Asakusa, one of the oldest and most elegant districts of Tokyo. It's also in short mins stroll distance from one of the best sightseeing spots such as Sensoji (the Asakusa Kannon Temple) and Nakamise shopping arcade. From Narita International Airport, it's 1 hour ride on Keisei Line to JR Ueno station. It's 5-minute by cab from JR Ueno railway station to the inn. Otherwise, to the inn, it takes two minutes by stroll from Asakusa Station on Tsukuba Express.

There is no proper restaurant in the ryokan. Meals are catered in the carouse suites whether included in plan.
