The guesthouse Mets Tabata is in Higashitabata which is close to Kita ku and Tokyo. The inn is a small walking distance from Tabata station. You come at Tabata station by taking the JR Yamanote Line or Keihintouhoku Line train from Tokyo Station. Take the north exit of the station when you come at Tabata station and the inn is a short stroll distance.
