Kumamoto is a main town on Kyushu's west beach, it is well known for its palace, which is one of Japan's biggest. (0210YY) This is a fashionable white concrete 10-storey building, and there is a signboard of the inn name in English on the side of the structure. The inn is situated in Kumamoto City. It takes approximately 1 hour and fourty minutes from Tokyo and one hour and five mins from Osaka by airplane. Limited express trains run between Hakata and Kumamoto, about 1 hour and twenty mins every way.
It is around five min drive from JR Kumamoto Station by cab, and several mins amble from nearest tram station.
