The Ryokan features social hot spring bath at both inner and open-air. By night, the apartment is transformed with Japanese futons (sleeping quilt) into a sleeping region by hotel personnel. They are also equiped with up-to-date facilities like a tv (local language programme only), air-condition and tea set. Every room is equipped with own individual bathroom. Apartments are bright and in picturesque condition. The classical style Ryokan is situated on Hakone Kyukaido (Old Tokaido Highway) along the vale of Oku-Yumoto. It takes just 10 minutes by auto from Hakone-Yumoto station on Odakyu Line which directly connects to Shinjuku in 85 mins. To get to at Hakone-Yumoto, it takes about twenty five minutes by Odakyu Line from JR Odawara station that is one of the stops on bullet train (Tokaido Shinkansen). Social shuttle bus runs between Hakone-Yumoto and the Ryokan. There are one Japanese restaurant and lounge/bar in the inn. Dinner & breakfast are catered in the restaurant, whether included in plan. It's Japanese classical style, white building. It's a comprehensive with some sitting chairs in present-day Japanese ambiance.
