Apartments can be cancelled, without penalty, up to two days before the day of arrival. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the 1st night of the entire staying will be charged. For reservations for more than ten apartments, the cancellaton deadline is fixed at 20 days prior to the arrival date. Penalty for a late cancellation or no-show is 100% of the staying. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
