Several yards away you'll find: the Maritime Cruises station of San Basilio; the astonishing Zattere (romantic stroll along the waterfront and its memorable sunset on Giudecca island ); the majestic basilica of Salute (by architect Baldassare Longhena ); the Galleries of Accademia (one of the most significant collections of Venetian painting from the 14th to the 18th-century. In the calm Dorsoduro region, the hotel is away from the noisy travellers paths, yet is easily reachable by all modes of transportation.

Situated on San Sebastiano canal, the hotel has a dock for water taxis, so whether you're arriving at Marco Polo Venice Airport, Santa Lucia railways station or Piazzale Roma (car Terminal), the easiest and most cozy way to get to the hotel is to take a cab from there. Whether you're coming by train or auto, you are able to take the boat (vaporetto) number 82 from the train station or from the auto garden (the auto garden is close to the bus station Piazzale Roma) to S. Basilio stop. Then you have to stroll direct ahead through Campo S. Basegio and stroll along S. Sebastiano Canal for 50 metres;you will find the hotel on the right-hand side.

Cancellations must be made by 12: 00 hours at least seven days before the date of arrival. In the event of late cancellation, amendment or no-show, the hotel will charge one night's suite rate as a penalty. Cancellations must be requested on-line through the link on the confirmation email.
