The suites have been totally reconstructed and are furnished with all up-to-date amenities, such as a privately-owned bathroom and shower, satellite color TV, minibar, straight intercontinental telephone, Wi-Fi I-net access, air conditioning, hairdryer and a safe.

A mainland café breakfast is included in the suite rate. The hotel does not have a restaurant.

By Plane: From Marco Polo International Airport (12 kms by auto and ten Km by motorboat): - Take the ACTV or ATVO bus for Piazzale Roma. Actv tickets cost about EUR 1 and are valid on all navigation lines for sixty mins from the validation time. Atvo tickets cost about EUR three. 00 - five. 50 and are valid for one single trip. - Alternatively, take a cab for about EUR 20 or a water-taxi for about EUR 70. Or take a motorboat to Venice Alilaguna: - There is a straight passenger waterbus facilities between Venice and its airport. Tickets cost EUR 11 and can be bought directly on board without any supplement. - When you arrive at Piazzale Roma you are able to take the motorboat. By Train: From Venezia S. Lucia station in Cannaregio: - The number 1, 51, 52 or the 82 ACTV (Venetian social transportation company) runs each 10-12 mins. Tickets cost about EUR five - Get off at S. Marco station or at S. Zaccaria station. Alternatively, take a privately-owned water-taxi for about EUR 70. By Car: Guests arriving by auto can garden in Piazzale Roma. A 10% discount is offered to customers who garden in Garage San Marco.

Pets are welcome in the hotel.
