From the windows and gardens of the Bed and Breakfast you are able to enjoy a generous panorama over Venice that spans Saint Mark's Square, the spot of San Giorgio, and the Lido of Venice, and near Rosa dei Venti you'll find characteristic Venice in the narrow streets and smallish squares of Castello, the majority Venetian of neighborhoods. Transportation

By plane. Whether you're coming from the Treviso airport of Canova, take the bus shuttle for Venice and receive off at the terminal (Piazzale Roma), from here follow directions as in the By carPiazzale Roma paragraph. Whether you're coming from the Venice airport of Marco Polo, you are able to take a bus shuttle or ACTV Line 5) for Venice and receive off at Piazzale Roma and follow directions as in the By auto Piazzale Roma paragraph. Or take the Alilaguna purple line motorboat from the wharf of the airport and receive off at the Arsenale stop (around one hour travel) and continue as in By auto Arsenale. By train. Take the vaporetto ACTV line 1 for the Lido of Venice on the fondamenta opposite the Santa Lucia railway station and receive off after 45 mins at the Arsenale stop. From here continue as per By auto Arsenale directions. By auto. Whether you're coming by auto, you may ask for car parking reservations at the BandB La Rosa dei Venti reception. Come by auto up to Piazzale Roma (the auto and bus terminal) where you can find car park, or to Tronchetto (the island on the right just after the Ponte della Liberta bridge connecting Venice to the mainland). After car parking, whether you're in Tronchetto, take vaporetto ACTV line two and reach Piazzale Roma, from here continue with vaporetto ACTV line 1 for the Lido of Venice (also lines 4142). Receive off after 45 mins navigation, at the Arsenale stop. From the landing jetty (behind the stop) stroll along the bank on the right, cross the bridge and you'll have arrived: Rosa dei Venti is to your left at number 2143 of Riva San Biasio.
