General Information

The guesthouse is located in a tranquil district off the livelier Via Garibaldi full of the everyday life of the Venetians, with its conventional butiques and showy markets. The inn is around 10 minute short distance, and two stops by boat line number 1, from San Marco piazza. The boat stop is called Giardini and it's at the foot of the Naval Museum of Venice. Through an adorable stroll along the Gardens of Venice (Giardini), off in Via Garibaldi, towards San Francesco da Paola Church, down the small avenue that recalls the name of the church, is the Corte Contarina.

This is an outstanding recent property, fascinating and intimate. There are not plenty of suites at our hotel which is a profit to those customers that request a top quality of facilities and constant care by a professional and amicable staff. The suites look dainty.

This is a 3-storey building completely renovated and brought to its former glory. There is no elevator.

The foyer is medium in size, luxuriously furnished. There are two leather sofas with a coffee desk and mirrors on the walls. Plants and bunchs of flowers contribute to enrich the ambience.

The apartments are sumptuously provided with precious fabrics, nice furniture and accessories, and silk on the walls. They vary in size from little to vast and are equiped with all the current high technology and comforts. The marble bathrooms are little but well planned and most of them offer either hydro massage shower or bath tub.

There is a dining room with brasserie on the ground floor, beautifully decorated in keeping with the lavish of the entire property.
