2 stops from Rialto Bridge, our BandB is on the ground floor of a Venetian Palace, with windows facing a canal and vistas of gondolas regularly moored surrounding. !! The only 1 bed & breakfast with gondolas !! It is located in the borough of S. Polo, where Giacomo Casanova once lived, which is an pleasing and vivacious local area with a lot of butiques and characteristic wine bars (osteria). We are within a short distance of S. Toma's water-bus (vaporetto) stop, Venice's social means of transportation, which is very expedient whether you're carrying heavy luggage. Close to Frari church, Carlo Goldoni's House, Campo San Toma, Campo San Polo and plenty of more.
