General Information

The apartments are on the base of the ancient town center, at several m from the car park (free), in which mosaics of a Roman bungalow have lately been discovered, and you are able to stay them. Close to the piazza there are lots of cafes, piadina brasserie, pizzerias, restaurants and boutiques. The suites are all furnished with shower and a bathroom, refrigerator, TV, little cooking corner and heating. To all our clients we offer with towels and bed linen. The linen change and cleaning are offered for stays longer than seven days.

Transportation

The building is located in the very heart of the ancient town of Spello, for Roman civilization La splendidissima colonia Julia, today a countryside wealthy of roomy cultural and striking resources, between Assisi and Spoleto in greenish centre of Umbria. The building takes its name from the S. Sisto Church adjacent to it, and we able to admire its ruins that are adjacent to our suites. The apartments, free amongst them, have been obtained by a characteristic cottage set amongst Roman walls that surround the ancient town heart, reachable going through one of the plurality captivating lanes of Spello, enhanced with bunchs of flowers during all the months of the year.
