By Car: From the North: - Leave the Florence-Certosa motorway at the Siena Sud excit. - Follow signs for Porta Romana and after about 1 kilometers, you'll see a sign on the right for the hotel. From the South: - Leave the A1 Bettolle-Siena motorway at the Valdichiana exit. - Once you receive into Siena, follow the signs for Porta Romana. By Bus: Buses run from Firenze and Roma to Siena bus station.

Pets: Small pets are greeted at the hotel. Disabled service: The hotel regrets that it cannot accommodate disabled clients. Supplementary beds: An additional bed is accessible at the cost of EUR 25.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the date of arrival. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the 1st night as a penalty. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
