The abbey flourished even before Dante's time and stands in Via della Diana. The restoration has been especially planned and carried out to the highest standards, to meet the needs of international high level uni and work meetings. The wonderful functionality of space and services is much remarked upon and appreciated.

The hotel has 18 suites of various categories. All rooms in the hotel have an I-net connection. Please be aware that air conditioning is not functional during all the year.

The café breakfast is catered in the old vault called Tinaia dei Frati. Choose from home-made cakes, fresh orange juice and hot croissants, all catered with cappuccino, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Next to the abbey is the San Niccolò Church, dating back to the 13th century. Hanging here are indispensable frescoes and paintings from Beccafumi and Manetti. The hotel can organise strolling and bike tours around Siena in addition to tours to the wine cellars of Chianti.

By Car: From the south: -Take the A1 motorway. -Exit at Valdichiana in the direction of Siena. -Follow directions awarded below. From the north: -Take the A1 motorway. -Exit at Firenze Certosa (from both toll gates the town is connected by a dual carriageway). -Follow directions presented below. -Once in Siena take the link to Porta San Marco. -Go through this gate and turn left. -Go direct till the traffic lights and continue direct ahead utnil you see the huge hotel building on your right. -After passing by this building, turn right into Via Ettore Bastianini. -After passing by the gate ZTL continue for another 200 meters. Then on your left side you'll find our parking place; it will be closed by an electric scarlet and white brasserie. It will be indispensable to call the hotel to open it. -You can also ride until the end of the boulevard, then turn left (Via Bastianini n° 4) and stroll to the hotel building in order to report the personnel approximately your arrival; they will be pleased to open the auto garden for you.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the date of arrival are free. Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the day of arrival will be charged for one night. In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, 100% of the staying will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids up to ten years ancient are free when sharing the apartment with parents.
