The hotel is divided into two floors, with 8 well-lit, big apartments, including: one Single Room; five Double Rooms; and two Triple Rooms. Every room is equipped with a bathroom. Please indicate on booking if you would prefer one double bed or two single beds. A cot can be positioned in the apartment whether significant.

The B&B proposes self-service breakfast either in your own apartment or in the communal kitchen. Every apartment is supplied with a basket full of different breakfast foods. Breakfast is included in the price of the apartment.

By Car: From the north: - Take the A1 motorway and exit at Firenze-Certosa. - Join Firenze-Siena motorway towards Siena. - Exit at Siena-Acqua Calda. - Turn right at by means of Banchi Luciano. - Continue to Raimondo Da Capua. - After 300 meters, turn right into by means of Tolomei Bernardo. - Continue for another 300 meters and go right into Via Dante. - Continue on till you find the sign for Montalbuccio-Belcaro and turn right. - Pass under an arch and turn right immediately (without going down the hill); here you'll find the hotel. From the south: - Take the A1 motorway and exit at Valdichiana. - Join the Bellolle-Siena motorway, towards Siena. - Once you arrive in Siena, take the bypass towards Firenze. - Exit at Siena-Acqua Calda. - Then, as above.

Payment data: The hotel requires identity documents at check-in. Payment is taken on arrival by credit card or cash. The hotel accepts pets.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the date of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge the 1st night as a penalty. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids aged 0-6 years may staying free when sharing a bed with their parents. Cots are available on the occasion of a demand for EUR ten per night.
