Campo di Carlo Farmhouse Sassetta

General Information

Campo di Carlo is located in the Province of Livorno, about five kilometres from Sassetta and 16 kilometers from the sea of the Etruscan Riviera Tuscany. We: Andrea and Cristina have completely renovated their ancient stone farmhouse, with 8 bedrooms, every with individual bathroom. In the morning, we prepare a elegant breakfast café, compound of bread, toast, cereals, eggs, butter, jam, ham and salami, cheese, coffee, fresh fruits, fruit juices etc. During the colder months, customers able to have breakfast in the dining room, whereas in summer time months, clients do usually have breakfast outside, under the pacific veranda. At the guest's disposal is the utterly furnished kitchen, where every room is equipped with reserved a locker for food. Outside, adjacent to the cottage, a barbecue and a stone oven that are also both at the guest's the whole disposal. Around the buildings, the commodious, well-kept garden and the good swimming pool (14x7 mt), encircled by deck chairs, sun beds, parasols and a pavilion, perfect to adore the silence of this spot. Further underneath the cottage and more distant from the calm pool district, ping-pong, a little kids' playground (swing, slide etc. ) and a boccia course. At the guest's disposal there are also bikes, with which it's possible to explore the vicinage. The farmhouse is situated in the center of the lush green Maremma village, with routes that are perfect for jogging or trekking. In five mins by auto it's possible to get to the gothic countryside Sassetta with grocer's and other boutiques for the plurality essential daily requirements, post office, pharmacy and bank. The scenic long sand beaches of the Etruscan Coast, San Vincenzo, the Gulf of Baratti able to be reached in about 20 mins by auto.
