The apartments in the bungalow and in the annexed farmhouses propose a warm, confortable ambiance. All the accomodations have air conditioning/heating, TV sat, safe, shower or tub.

Our restaurant offer to the clients tipical tuscan and italian manues. In summer time it is possible to cater dinner outside on our verandah with grand panorama to San Gimignano and the Tuscan village.

From Villa Ducci it is simple to get to San Gimignano (1, five km) and also Florence (55 km), Siena (42 km), wine Chianti region (25-30 km), Pisa (86 km) and Volterra (29 km).

From Florence: Leave the road A1 at Firenze Certosa and take the motorway Firenze-Siena towards Siena. Take exit Poggibonsi nord and drive towards San Gimignano. At the 1st roundabout in San Gimignano continue towards Gambassi for 1, five kilometers. Directly leave beyond the last houses of San Gimig-nano, at the 2nd roundabout turn left towards Gambassi. After 300 mt you'll find the entry of Villa Ducci on the left side. From Pisa: Leave the road Pisa-Firenze at Empoli ovest and drive towards Ponte a Elsa. Continue on the SS429 towards Castelfiorentino and then Certaldo. Drive through Certlado and follow then for San Gimignano for 9 kilometers. Directly before arriving in San Gimignano, at the 1st roundabout take right towards Gambassi. After 300 mt you'll find the entry of Villa Ducci on the left side.
