The Locanda Viani has four highly cosy bedrooms with air conditioning, frigo-bar, Tv/Sat, I-net independent ADSL and a privately-owned little wine brasserie. The kitchen looks like an ancient grocery where each day revive fragrances and savours of past times. The lounge is a little art-gallery where some works of Roberto Viani are exposed. The entry has been equipped with pieces of furniture and glass cupboards which are examples of one of the best Tuscan handicraft. A vivid verandah encircled by a park from which you are able to enjoy the vista on San Gimignano. A little highway leads to the downtown which is just at 500 meters.

Lodging for the night with the same peacefulness in four various bedrooms: - Green (ground floor with park and vista on San Gimignano) - Yellow (1st floor with large verandah and vista on San Gimignano) - Azure (1st floor with little mansard, verandah on the roof) - Red (1st mezzanine floor, window with ... the most nice view) Breakfast: confectionery, cookies, cakes and bread of our kitchen.

Locanda Viani is situated several steps from the clear town of San Gimignano. By auto from the North by the Highway A1: Exit at Firenze Certosa and go in direction of Siena. After 35 Km, exit at Poggibonsi Nord and then follow the signs to San Gimignano. Once in San Gimignano, at the roundabout, go to the left in direction of Volterra (do not follow signs to S. Lucia on the left hand side). After few metres you will notice on the left a little boulevard going uphill (there is a sign to Locanda Viani). Drive along the highway till you get to our estate. By auto from the South by the Highway A1: Exit at Valdichiana and go in direction of Siena. At Siena take the dual carriageway SIENA-FIRENZE direction FIRENZE and exit at POGGIBONSI NORD. Follow highway signs for SAN GIMIGNANO (SP 1). At SAN GIMIGNANO follow highway signs for VOLTERRA (SP 47). Follow the above indications. By auto from Pisa airport: Follow the signs to Firenze and drive on the motorway S.G.C. Fi-Pi-Li till the blend with the Autostrada del Sole A1 (E35). Take the Highway and go in direction of Roma, exit after several Km at Firenze Certosa. From there follow the above indications. By auto from Florence airport: Getting out from the Airport parking, go immediately to your right and follow the green signs for the Highway A1 direction Roma; drive in the dual carriageway for just several Km, then exit and enter in the A1 in direction Roma. Exit at Firenze Certosa (the 2nd exit you'll find). From there follow the above indications.

At least five days before date of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge the 1st night as penalty. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
