General Information

The 3 bungalows forming the Villa S. Pio Hotel, which were once privately-owned dwellings, peer at one another via the leafy branches of the secular pines that propose a grand shade to the good-natured park, refuge of tranquillity and peace and welcome the clients just like in an intimate home where an ambience of past times lingers. Decorated with marble, plastering and decorum, it represents a peculiar specimen of custom and luxuriousness. Cellar ceilings, Empire fashion furniture, oriental carpets and old paintings junction in a serenely enwrapped accord. From the gardens of some suites one gets a glimpse of rooftops and Roman terraces, aristocratic residences and embassies and impressive sunsets may be delighted. In the Mediterranean park, having palm trees, magnolia, bougainvillaea and camellia, a capacious, transparent gazebo enhances breakfast, allowing one to look out at the orange and lemon trees, exhilarated by the scent of bloomed camellia, oleander and wisteria. And when the sun goes down, appreciating a candle-lit dinner under secular trees, is a romanesque and important experience. The apartments have relic furniture that the decorum exalts, fresco paintings and baroque drapery, the subtle and warm pastel colours reminiscent of the old Roman houses of the Palatino neighbours, are an oasis of tranquility in which one enjoys the nocturnal silence that cradles a rural sleep. The bathrooms have lavish marble, individually chosen by the proprietors in the centennial quarries of Carrara and new Jacuzzi amenities to unwind amid the bubbles of the water massage. The friendliness of our personnel will produce you feel at home, with simplicity and a smile along with rapidity and efficiency.
